What is Param Yog?

Param Yog is the method taught by Paramji alias His Holiness by which one can obtain mental peace, get relief in numerous incurable neurotic/psychosomatic diseases/mental disorders/phobias/schizophrenia etc. and spiritual advancement through supernatural experiences.

How Param Yog is done?

There are two techniques of Param Yog

  1. Param Nad (Mouth-Nostrils) and
  2. Param Svas (Mouth-Nostrils).

How to do Param Nad?

Sit in a comfortable position. You can also sit on bed or chair.

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Bow your head to honour Paramji, alias His Holiness in order to receive the Invisible, Super-natural, Holy Power and Blessings of Paramji, alias His Holiness.
  3. Keep your head and spinal cord straight.
  4. Position your tongue as usual.
  5. Keep your molars a bit apart.
  6. Keep your upper incisors upon the lower incisors.
  7. Keep your lips a bit apart.
  8. Inhale gently through your mouth to fullest capacity of your lungs. While inhaling feel the in-coming breath.
  9. Now exhale through your nostrils and while exhaling make nasal sound -Hoon…………….

When & how many times to do Param Nad?

Param Nad = 3 to 10 times
Do Param Nad 3 to 10 times according to necessity (can be done any time when you feel stressed or need mental peace)


When not to do Param Nad?

Param Nad should not be done in the following situations:

  1. If you are driving a vehicle;
  2. If you feel uneasy during practice
  3. When your nose does not allow you (e.g. smoke, foul smell, harmful gas etc.)
  4. Do not do it more than 10 times in one sitting

How to do Param Svas?

Sit in a comfortable position. You can also sit on bed or chair.

  1. Keep your eyes open.
  2. Bow your head to honour Paramji alias His Holiness in order to receive the Parashakti.
  3. Keep your head and spinal cord straight.
  4. Position your tongue as usual.
  5. Keep your molars a bit apart.
  6. Keep your upper incisors upon the lower incisors.
  7. Keep your lips a bit apart.
  8. Inhale gently through your mouth to fullest capacity of your lungs. While inhaling feel the in-coming breath.
  9. Now exhale through your nostrils and while exhaling feel the out-going breath.

When & how many times to do Param Svas?

Param Svas = 3 to 10 times
Do Param Svas 3 to 10 times according to necessity (can be done any time when you feel stressed or need mental peace)

When not to do Param Svas?

Param Svas should not be done in the following situations:

  1. If you are driving a vehicle;

How to get maximum benefits through Param Yog?

Papr (as explained before) can also be done in order to derive maximum benefits through Param Yog.
